We are in 2700 and the Earth is polluted, barren and exhausted. Wall-E is the latest in a group of cleaning robots tasked with restoring Earth by lifting and compressing the endless amounts of garbage left behind by a human race that has retreated to the safety of space. Wall-E spends every day doing what he was made to do on the isolated and silent Earth. His only companion is his trusty cockroach, Spot. But soon he will find out what he was meant for as he pursues his dream across the galaxy.
