New Masters High Definition Helen Lyle is a graduate student from the University of Chicago who is writing a thesis on urban legends. During interviews conducted as part of her research, she hears about a local legend called Candyman? a mysterious killer armed with a hook that would appear when one speaks his name five times in front of a mirror. Convinced to have an interesting track for her thesis, Helen goes, with her friend Bernadette, to Cabrini Green, a city which would be the "territory" of Candyman.
