High definition master restored in 4K Insiang lives in a slum in Manila with his mother, the tyrannical Tonya. The two women also host the family of the father, who left the marital home with his mistress. Insiang struggles body and soul to survive in this neighborhood where unemployment and alcoholism are an integral part of everyday life.
